Articles on Migraine

  I found it very influential reading articles written especially by journalists who were also migraine sufferers. This helped with my own essay writing for my planned publication to get some influences from industry professionals- how they went about tackling the subject and how they were able to describe what they went through.  I highlighted certain phrases or quotes that were really useful in helping me break down migraine into 'topics' such as symptoms, the arc of an attack, auras, how they affect your work, social life, mental health and so much more.  What these articles achieve and what I also hope to convey is how migraine isn't just a one-off out of the blue illness. It stays with you forever, every day, permanently.
